City of Westminster Archives Centre

Sustaining and safeguarding the past as inspiration for the future.

City of Westminster Archives Centre's extensive collections document the fascinating socio-economic, cultural and administrative history of Westminster. The Centre is open to all: we offer access to our collections free of charge and without appointment. The Centre also hosts a wide range of exhibitions, talks and special events throughout the year, and provides a popular Education and Outreach service. The Archives Centre houses the archives of Jaeger, Liberty and Gillows, which together form part of Westminster Libraries’ Art and Design Collection, a Designated Collection of national importance.
